What confirmation emails will I receive?

Order Confirmation We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed confirming what items you purchased, the quantity and how much you will be charged.

Despatch Confirmation We will send you an email once your order has been despatched confirming what items are in your order and your expected delivery date.

Ready for Collection (Store delivery) If your order is being delivered to a River Island store or even a local convenience store, we will send you an email confirming that the order has arrived and is ready to collect. Please do not try to collect your order if you have not received this email as it may not be in store yet.

Ready for Collection Reminder (Store delivery) If you do not collect your order from store within 7 days we will send you an email to remind you that your order is ready for collection.

Order Cancellation We understand that on occasions you may need to cancel your order prior to us processing it at our distribution centre. Once you have successfully cancelled your order, we will send you an email confirming this.
