If an item is available in my local store, am I able to reserve it?

During our quieter times our stores are happy to do this for you. Simply call the store, provide them with the product number, size and your name and if they have the stock, they can put it on hold for you until the end of the working day. Please note we are unable to transfer stock from one store to another

Items not collected will go back into stock.
