Following the latest government advice, all River Island stores are now temporarily closed but our Customer Service Team is still here to help you. If you are contacting us about a refund for an item purchased in one of our stores, don’t worry, we’re giving you an extra 14 days to return your item(s) from the date your store re-opens. Make sure you hang on to your receipt, you’ll need it to make the return. Online orders made in the UK can be returned as standard, using our free post service within 28 days of delivery to home.

If you need information about a refund for an item purchased on our website please only contact us if it has been more than 14 days since you posted your return.
