Unlimited Delivery is really simple - you just need to have a valid email address linked to an account with us and your subscription must be purchased when you make an order. Your subscription will be valid for 12 months from the date you purchase Unlimited Delivery.
The cost for Unlimited Delivery is £12 for 12 Months for UK deliveries or collections. It’s a bargain!
Once you have purchased Unlimited Delivery your account will automatically update at checkout for selected delivery options to be completely free!
If you cancel or return your order then Unlimited Delivery will still be active. The return or cancellation will only affect the products purchased on the order.
If the discount has not applied at checkout for free UK delivery or collection and you’ve had to pay for your delivery, please contact Customer Service, give them the order number you bought Unlimited Delivery with and they’ll be able to refund the delivery price for you.
On occassion some delivery and collection services may not be available. When placing an order please bear in mind, we can’t deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and orders placed on those days, or at busy periods, may take longer to deliver. We will keep you in the loop as best we can and your expected delivery date will be confirmed at checkout when placing your order. If you’re wanting Next Day delivery, the cut off hours are 10pm weekdays and 5pm weekends.
Unlimited Delivery won’t renew automatically once it expires, and you will not be charged a recurrent cost. Once your Unlimited Delivery has expired and you want to renew it (because, why wouldn’t you?), you can do so through the same process as the first time you bought it. Proceed to checkout, add Unlimited Delivery at step 3 ‘Delivery Option’ and complete purchase. Easy!
